Digitech Systems, Inc. Empowers PaperVision® With ImagXpress™ From Pegasus Imaging Corporation

TAMPA, FL, November 18, 2002 - Pegasus Imaging Corporation, the leader in digital imaging technology, today announced a licensing agreement with Digitech Systems, Inc. for the use of ImagXpress™ Professional technology within Digitech's PaperVision® software. Specific terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Digitech was looking for advanced imaging functionality to further empower PaperVision. This Digitech Systems software application performs electronic document management for office automation. Digitech required advanced features such as image annotation and COLD text overlay or the ability to take critical information in a text format and place it on top of standard image forms. ImagXpress Professional delivers a comprehensive document imaging development toolkit providing these features and more in either a .NET managed control, COM component or VCL.
