ImageGear for Silverlight Speeds Creation of Next Generation Web Imaging Applications

BOSTON, Mass., — March 4, 2008 — AccuSoft® Corporation, the leading provider of imaging software development toolkits (SDKs), today announced from the 2008 AIIM Exposition & Conference the industry's first comprehensive SDK for building the next generation of Web imaging applications. Designed and built for Silverlight 2.0, ImageGear® for Silverlight provides the ability to load, save, and convert 100+ imaging formats, including a wide range of digital camera RAW formats, and features a fast display engine with sophisticated layout options. ImageGear for Silverlight provides developers with high level controls for rapid application development, and its small footprint enables faster application downloads. Developers can also incorporate powerful image processing and photo enhancement capabilities into their Silverlight applications. A beta version of ImageGear for Silverlight is being shown in the Company's booth, No. 3049. The product is expected to be generally available by mid-June 2008. The Company also announced today new releases of its popular ImageGear Professional and ImageGear for .NET products.

ImageGear for Silverlight joins the AccuSoft ImageGear family of products, providing imaging professionals, developers, and OEM engineers everything they need in an imaging SDK to build powerful .NET, ActiveX, and DLL imaging solutions.
